Sessions are 50 minutes and provide a space to reflect on what is happening in your life.
Early sessions focus on building a sense of safety and trust, while developing an understanding of what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. Over time, we begin to make sense of patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, including those that may sit outside of awareness.
The therapeutic relationship is central to this work. I aim to create a space that feels respectful, attuned, and steady, while also offering gentle challenge and direct feedback where it may be helpful.
This work moves at a pace that feels manageable, allowing space for both reflection and meaningful change.

Our work may include exploring experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel difficult to shift.
